We had a wonderful romantic escape in this hotel. the mountain view from our private room was breathtaking and the spa area was very inviting. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel is situated near the ski lift and train stop, making it easy to reach the ski area. the restaurant offered delicious food, especially the regional cuisine, which was a great experience.
We found the breakfast disorganized and confusing, with no clear information on where to find the buffet or what was available. instructions on how to use the sauna and steam room were only available in German, which made it difficult for us to enjoy these facilities.

English language instructions for the sauna and pool facilities are lacking, which can be intimidating for non-European guests.
